Cancellation Policy

- Free rescheduling up to 48 hours before the session. - Bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend and give at least 48 hours notice, you will receive a voucher valid for a future session. - Less than 48 hours before the session, rescheduling is only possible if your spot can be filled by another participant. - You are welcome to transfer your spot to a sewist friend at any time. (no beginners) - If Josefina Studio cancels the session, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
